The Program
Thirty years of leading rooms taught us it comes down to four things. You build CONFIDENCE to own the room, sharpen SKILLS to influence it, master ENERGY to read and move it, and use DESIGN to shape it — one lab per skill, two weeks, every session practised live.
The Opportunity
Leadership no longer comes with a reporting line. The real work happens across teams — aligning peers, stakeholders, and seniors you can't instruct — and the room is where that work gets done.
The room is where reputations are made. Lead a meeting, town hall, or off-site well and the right people see a leader — not the person who holds the agenda.
Most meetings end in more meetings. When you reliably end in decisions, alignment, and momentum, you become the person trusted with the moments that matter.
Are you leading through persuasion, not position — and finding that good arguments alone don't move the room?
Are you pouring hours into preparing the content, yet the room still drifts, stalls, or ends with no clear decision?
Does your expertise speak for itself on paper, yet in the room you hold back, over-explain, or lose the group?
The 4 Live Virtual Sessions
All sessions 90 min · Tuesdays and Thursdays
5:00 PM BST · 9:00 AM PST · Sept 15–24, 2026
Confidence isn't a trait — it's a practice. Learn the Four P's of Confidence and leave with a repeatable loop for walking into any room ready to lead.
Master the core skills that influence any room: nailing your central message, sharing knowledge powerfully, asking the right questions, and telling stories that land — then use them in your very next meeting.
Unmask the mystery of 'reading the room.' Learn to map a group's energy in real time — and the practical moves that shift a room when it's stuck, flat, or off-track.
Great rooms are designed, not improvised. Learn to shape sessions that create space for shifts to happen — and leave with your next high-stakes meeting designed and ready to run.
Included With Every Seat
A professionally designed workbook shipped to your door — not a PDF, not a slide deck. Inside: the complete method, every exercise, and session design templates. Use it in the room, return to it between sessions, and keep it working long after the programme ends.
On-demand video sessions covering confidence patterns, advanced facilitation tactics, the Four Disciplines of a Skilful Facilitator, preparation systems, and using AI as a facilitation partner. Yours to keep and revisit after the programme ends.
A complete library of built-for-you AI prompts grounded in the method — for designing sessions, sharpening your central message, and preparing for any room. Yours to keep and use long after the programme ends.
Who's Teaching This
Two practitioners who've spent decades in the room — not writing about facilitation, but doing it. The Lead the Room Method is built from that experience.
Michele designs and delivers experiences that challenge how leaders think, behave, and show up. She doesn't lecture from the front of the room — she creates immersive programmes that surface hard truths and help leaders practise courage, curiosity, and care. Her work draws from psychology, systems thinking, and human-centred design, always grounded in evidence and translated for real rooms.
Jason has spent more than two decades facilitating leadership experiences for organisations including Microsoft, HSBC, Netflix, Equinix, and Goldman Sachs — reaching more than 500,000 people across 50+ countries. His style is energising, rigorous, and deeply human. He brings as much care to what shifts in people as to what gets decided.

"If you need to influence outcomes in rooms where you're not the most senior person, this is very much built for you. I found myself using the tools the very next week in real meetings."
"After just one session, I walked away with practical, actionable tactics I could immediately apply. It's rare to find a workshop that's not only insightful, but truly actionable the moment you leave."
"I feel much more confident in my ability to facilitate effectively — not just to guide discussions, but to truly provoke insight and galvanize change within groups. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to elevate their facilitation skills."
"I did (and do) consider myself a seasoned facilitator, so I was quite surprised at how useful and engaging the programme was. Whether you've been doing this for 1 year or 10, this is the programme for you!"
"If you know you're capable of more impact but you're tired of forcing it, do this programme. It'll change how you lead."
"Lead the Room demystified facilitation for me — it's an art we bring ourselves to, but it's also a science. Now that I have the science down, I know I can practise bringing my own magic. If you're considering joining, you won't regret it."
